NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a General Manager to lead a Milan hotel, driving operational excellence, profitability, guest and team member experience while ensuring brand compliance.

You will be the visible hotel leader, partnering with corporate teams to implement policies, quality standards and growth initiatives across revenues, quality and people. International experience and English fluency are valued assets.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in a senior hotel leadership role.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with solid P&L management.
• Fluent in English and local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• International experience is highly valued.

Mansioni

• Lead hotel operations and ensure profitability, guest and team member experience.
• Drive revenue growth in partnership with Sales and Revenue teams.
• Own end-to-end guest experience and brand standards.
• Build and develop a diverse leadership team and manage talent lifecycle.
• Oversee P&L delivery and capital expenditure within approved plans.
