Park Hyatt Milano is a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Milan, renowned for exceptional guest service. We seek experienced bartenders and service staff to craft classic cocktails, take beverage and food orders, and ensure flawless service across shifts.

You will work with a polished team, maintain a pristine service area, and assist with guest account settlements. Ideal candidates have cocktail bar experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and flexibility for weekend rosters.

Competenze

• Previous experience within a cocktail bar environment is required.
• Ability to create classic cocktails and handle beverage orders.
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends.
• Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to respond quickly and positively to various work situations.

Mansioni

• Receive orders and serve customer requests in a timely manner.
• Create and serve a range of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks.
• Take food orders and assist floor team with deliveries as required.
• Understand menu content and any changes or promotions.
• Keep the service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared.
• Efficiently settle guest accounts.
• Answer guest queries politely and helpfully.
