Andronis, based in San Gimignano, Italy, is seeking a Financial Controller to lead local accounting, payroll, and regulatory reporting and to align with Italian tax laws and USALI hotel standards. You will work with hotel GMs and the corporate office to optimize budgets, forecasts, and financial workflows, ensuring audit-ready records and strong monetary controls.

Candidates should have 5+ years in financial control within luxury hospitality and strong Excel and ERP experience (Opera, SAP);

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in financial control, senior auditing, or corporate finance within luxury hospitality or premium real estate.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics; professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA) is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC), Italian tax laws, labor compliance, and USALI hotel accounting standards.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced financial modelling; fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Oversee local accounting operations: general ledger, payables/receivables, payroll; prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Italian tax laws, statutory reporting and local regulations.
• Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts; analyze variances, labor costs, and departmental spend.
• Establish rigorous financial workflows; manage external auditors, tax advisors, and banking relationships in Italy.
• Collaborate with Hotel GMs and corporate office to evaluate performance and drive growth.
