Belmond Sicily seeks an Assistant Financial Controller to support the Financial Controller in managing Grand Hotel Timeo and Villa Sant'Andrea finances. You will contribute to accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls within a luxury hospitality setting.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and fluency in Italian and English. You will work within a collaborative Finance team in Taormina, with opportunities for development in a world-class luxury

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of financial experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial control procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Financial Controller in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, analyze variances, and provide recommendations.
• Oversee accuracy of AP/AR processes and participate in month-end and year-end close.
