Fusalp in Lombardia is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver an outstanding customer experience in our premium store. You welcome local and international shoppers, advise on products based on needs, and guide them through their purchasing journey with warmth and expertise.

You will maintain brand standards, support merchandising, manage daily store operations, and contribute to sales targets. Fluent Italian and English are required, and a passion for skiing, fashion and luxury will help you build

Qualifications

At least two years of experience in a premium/high-end retail environment.
Fluent Italian and English.
Strong commitment to service excellence and delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience.

Responsabilités

Act as a Fusalp Brand Ambassador and communicate brand values to customers and team.
Welcome and advise local and international customers.
Build customer loyalty through retail sales and high-quality service.
Deliver a memorable and personalized customer experience.
Support the visual merchandising of collections in line with brand standards.
Ensure the smooth running of the store and maintain a high standard of presentation.
Assist with daily operational tasks including orders, goods receiving, labelling, stocktaking, inventory management, after-sales service, cash handling, store opening/closing, and store maintenance.
Follow store security procedures to prevent theft and stock loss.
Monitor sales performance indicators and target achievement.
Take a proactive approach to marketing initiatives and in-store activations.
Participate in brand training programmes.
Stay active on the shop floor and proactively identify sales opportunities.
