Job summary

CREATIONS FUSALP in Courmayeur is seeking a Sales Advisor for the winter season to welcome and advise local and international clients with warmth, energy and authenticity. You will develop relationships, understand client needs, and present Fusalp’s heritage and premium alpine pieces.

Located in an iconic alpine destination, you will work with a dynamic team, manage stock and visual merchandising, and contribute to boutique KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience, ideally in premium retail, fashion, hospitality or another service-oriented environment.
• Genuine interest in sales, customer experience and building long-term client relationships.
• Energy, initiative and a hands-on attitude.
• Reliability, attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Availability for the full winter season, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise local and international clients with warmth, energy and authenticity.
• Create a personalised and memorable experience by understanding each client's needs, style and expectations.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to the boutique's sales performance, KPIs and clienteling activities.
• Bring the Fusalp universe to life by sharing our heritage, craftsmanship, technical expertise and alpine identity.
• Develop a strong knowledge of our collections and confidently present Fusalp's iconic and signature pieces.
• Be proactive on the sales floor and contribute to the energy, atmosphere and performance of the boutique.
• Ensure an impeccable level of presentation and visual merchandising, in line with Fusalp's premium standards.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the boutique, including stock management, deliveries, replenishment, inventories, cash handling and general organisation.
• Work closely with the team to create a positive, supportive and high-performing environment.
