Taller Marmo is seeking an E-commerce Personal Shopping and Client Experience Specialist for our Milan-based team. The role requires a minimum of five years in Luxury Retail/Hospitality and fluency in English and Italian.

You will drive exceptional client experiences and manage CRM-enabled client development. You will collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure seamless order processing, returns management, and brand activation events.

Competenze

• 5 years of sales experience in fashion, luxury, hospitality, or related premium contexts.
• Experience with CRM, client management, ticketing, or clienteling tools.
• Knowledge of Shopify environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and empathic skills.
• Good teamwork and multitasking abilities.
• Computer literacy is essential.

Mansioni

• Deliver best-in-class personal shopping and client experience across the client journey.
• Advise clients on orders, product information, sizing, appointments, and custom creations.
• Manage returns and maintain CRM records with accurate data across systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics to ensure smooth order processing.
• Develop and refine RFM and client segmentation to drive client development.
• Support clienteling activities and drive conversion and sales.
• Contribute to brand events and client activations, including trunk shows.
