Arsenale Group is seeking a Distribution Manager to lead our distribution strategy across all sales channels for luxury hospitality assets in Italy. You will ensure rate parity, inventory accuracy, and content integrity while collaborating with the Revenue team to drive growth.

You will work on onboarding new hotel openings, mentoring the distribution team, and optimizing channel performance across OTA systems and tools. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Revenue, Distribution, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing within the hotel industry.
• Strong understanding of GDS ecosystems, channel connectivity, third-party providers, and distribution cost structures.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); PMS (Opera is a plus); CRS (Synxis is a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Revenue Management Systems and payment solutions is an advantage

Responsabilités

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Systems, and IT to align distribution strategies with business objectives.
• Manage distribution tools & platforms, including channel managers, rate parity tools, and OTA systems, ensuring seamless functionality and connectivity.
• Lead distribution onboarding for new hotel openings, coordinating system connectivity, channel setup, and contract implementation.
• Act as internal distribution expert, mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement across processes and performance.
• Steer channel mix, inventory allocation & rate integrity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal positioning across all platforms.
• Analyze channel performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and long-term portfolio performance.
