Villa San Michele, a Belmond Hotel, seeks a Commis de Rang to join a renowned luxury dining team in Fiesole, overlooking Florence. The role focuses on supporting the Chef de Rang, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining the elegant standards of a Belmond luxury property.

Mansioni

• Assist in table setup and ensure impeccable presentation of cutlery and glassware.
• Serve water, bread, and accompaniments promptly to guests.
• Deliver dishes from kitchen to dining room with correct presentation and temperature.
• Clear tables during service and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Restock service stations with linens, crockery, and condiments.
• Help reset tables for new guests following standards.
• Polish cutlery and glasses for impeccable appearance.
• Learn menu items, ingredients and preparation methods to support the Chef de Rang.
• Assist with guest requests and escalate complex inquiries.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure flawless service.
