Brunello Cucinelli, headquartered in Solomeo, Umbria, is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join the Global CRM team. You will engage customers from all channels and countries, acting as a personal stylist and ensuring superior service across e-commerce, boutiques, and multibrand doors.

Reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor, you will collaborate with Retail, Multibrand, Digital teams, E-commerce warehouse, Legal and DPO, contributing to a luxury customer experience and brand storytelling.

Competenze

Fluent in English, French and Arabic (both spoken and written).
Customer-centric orientation with a passion for authentic relationships.
Experience in Customer Care, Retail or CRM roles, luxury a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication: handle difficult situations with empathy.

Mansioni

Contribute to spreading CRM culture within the company.
Establish human connections with customers to promote the Brand, Solomeo, Casa Cucinelli and global boutiques.
Act as a personal stylist for customers, managing digital and in-store clienteling to enhance relationships.
Review requests, prioritize and resolve to maintain luxury brand standards before, during and after purchase.
Manage returns, repairs and alterations; track and facilitate operations.
Support E-commerce OMS, operations and Omnichannel activities, online and in boutique shipments.
