Responsibilities

• Sales achievement – meet individual sales target and contribute to store objectives.
• KPIs achievement – understand how client experience links to KPIs and use styling to drive cross-sell.
• Client engagement – develop and retain existing clients; recruit new ones across channels.
• Client data acquisition – collect data from new potential clients to enrich the prospect base.
• Product knowledge – master Valentino products and convey engaging brand stories.
• Operations – follow guidelines; support stock, transfers, and documentation; maintain stock organization; use company tools.
