Jil Sander is seeking a Client Advisor for our Outlet in Sanremo. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional luxury experience, building lasting relationships and providing tailored styling advice to discerning clients. You will guide the sales journey, cross- and up-sell while maintaining brand heritage and high-end service standards.

A collaborative team environment, strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion define success in this premium outlet setting in Italy.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in luxury fashion retail.
• Proven sales and client development track record.
• Excellent clienteling and CRM management skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations.
• Strong digital and omnichannel mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
• BOH experience is an advantage.
