Next Job Abroad is seeking customer care representatives to join a luxury tech brand project in Athens, Greece. Candidates will assist customers in selecting devices and provide after-sales support.

Ideal candidates should be Italian speakers with strong communication skills in English as well. Relocation assistance and comprehensive training will be provided, along with an opportunity to advance to management roles.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills in Italian and English.
• Advanced knowledge of PC and office software.
• Interest in Apple products is valuable.

Mansioni

• Support customers in selecting devices through scripted processes.
• Act as the main contact for order tracking and returns.
• Cross-skill for both sales and service after training.

Conoscenze

C1/Native Italian communication skills

B2 level of English

Advanced PC knowledge

Familiarity with MacOS and iOS
