Rodgy Guerrera And Partners is seeking a Freelance Product & Design Developer Coordinator to drive the development and launch of a new eyewear collection. You will bridge creative vision with technical execution, ensuring production-ready, luxury sunglasses.

You will collaborate with the Founder and Creative Director, coordinate manufacturers and suppliers, and oversee prototyping, certification and industrialisation to meet luxury standards.

Competenze

• 10–15 years' experience in luxury eyewear product development.
• Strong knowledge of eyewear materials, manufacturing, and finishing.
• Experience coordinating multiple manufacturers and suppliers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

• Oversee development from concept to prototyping and production readiness.
