RODGY GUERRERA AND PARTNERS is seeking a Freelance Product & Design Developer Coordinator to support the Founder and Creative Director in developing and launching a new eyewear collection. The role blends creative sensitivity with hands-on technical work, coordinating production-ready eyewear across partners and suppliers to meet the brand’s high standards.

The position is six months, with monthly compensation of €3,000–€3,500, and requires 10–15 years in luxury eyewear, strong project

Competenze

• 10–15 years total experience in luxury/high-luxury eyewear, preferably sunglasses.
• Strong technical knowledge of eyewear construction and manufacturing.
• Proven experience in product development and industrialisation.
• Experience with eyewear certification and international standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English or French; Italian a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel between Switzerland, France, and Italy.

Mansioni

• Oversee development of the new sunglasses collection from concept to production readiness.
• Coordinate manufacturers, suppliers and technical partners to translate vision into production-ready eyewear.
• Ensure high standards of design, craftsmanship, quality and functionality.
