Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist is seeking a Chalet Cook Host in Zermatt to deliver exceptional daily service to guests and maintain luxury chalets to the highest standards.

This 80% contract (34.8 hours per week) runs for five months beginning November 27, 2026, with Saturdays and Sundays work required during peak season. You will work with the chalet chef, manager and driver to coordinate meals, housekeeping, and guest requests, ensuring a seamless, five-star experience.

• Guest Service & Hosting: Deliver warm, professional, and discreet service from guest arrival to departure; anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Breakfast Preparation: Prepare and serve breakfast daily; maintain a clean kitchen and service area; manage breakfast timing with guests and chef.
• Housekeeping & Chalet Presentation: Perform daily housekeeping to high standards; manage linen changes, turndown, and in-chalet laundry.
• Ambiance & Chalet Maintenance: Light fires, adjust lighting, and create a luxurious atmosphere; ensure chalet is guest-ready and well presented.
• Team Collaboration: Work with chalet chef, manager, and driver to deliver a seamless guest experience; coordinate tasks.
• Stock & Hygiene Management: Manage in-chalet supplies, restock amenities, and follow health and safety protocols.
