Mercury Engineering in Milan is seeking a Project Logistics Supervisor to lead site deliveries, coordinate procurement schedules and supervise subcontractors on complex data centre projects. The role focuses on ensuring timely, safe and compliant logistics across the construction site.

Experience in SAP, organisational excellence and a track record of supervising large-scale construction logistics are essential.

Competenze

• 3 years experience in a similar position.
• SAP Software System experience.
• Knowledge of internal procurement, logistics and industry practices, laws and regulations.
• Datacentre construction project experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Mansioni

• Strategically plan and manage all Project Logistics, from Supplier/vendor to transportation to off-loading on site.
• Follow up and track site deliveries against the schedule using the PSR.
• Manage Site Safety in conjunction with Mercury Project Team, including site setup and safe operation of site vehicles.
• Organise and monitor the storage of materials and their distribution across the site.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and Sub-contractors procuring required plant, equipment and materials.
• Maintain an up to date plant log including hire/purchase dates, off-hire dates and repair requirements.
