Atlas Copco Varisco Padova seeks a Logistics Manager to oversee daily logistics for the Product Company, ensuring quality, SHEQ and customer satisfaction across three divisions. You will drive digitalization and lean processes while building a high-performing, data-driven team.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years managing logistics in manufacturing, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work model and competitive package offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years leading a growing team in manufacturing/logistics.
• Experience end-to-end logistics including transport, warehousing, inventory, distribution, and order fulfilment.
• Proven ability to manage warehouse operations, space optimization, accuracy, rotation and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma); Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Project management exposure; PMP is preferred.
• Ability to analyze logistics data, KPIs and trends to drive actions.

Mansioni

• Own logistics operations for the Product Company with a focus on quality, safety and on-time delivery.
• Develop strategies, plans and processes to achieve profitability and sustainability.
• Lead distribution center activities for equipment and spare parts for multiple Customer Centers.
• Maintain data accuracy and benchmark warehouse outbound performance using KPIs.
• Foster SHEQ culture and develop talent through coaching and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Aftermarket and IT to onboard new Customer Centers.
• Drive lean processes, housekeeping, and efficient use of resources and working capital.
