Moncler seeks a motivated Controller for the Logistics Controlling Department at its Milan headquarters. You will optimize logistics performance through cost control, data analysis and process improvements to support business efficiency and service excellence.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses, monthly closing support, and maintaining logistics KPIs and dashboards for management insights. Strong Excel/SAP skills and dual language fluency are essential.

Competenze

A university degree in economics, engineering or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in logistics controlling, supply chain, or financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SAP.
Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

Monitor and control logistics costs aligned with budgets and objectives.
Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analyses for transportation, warehousing and distribution.
Contribute to monthly closing and ensure accuracy of logistics financial reporting.
Develop and maintain logistics KPIs and dashboards for actionable insights.
Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity and profitability.
