Lear Corporation is seeking a Logistics Analyst to ensure that plant logistics activities are executed on time and meet defined performance targets. You will support inventory accuracy, spare parts management, reporting, and process compliance across manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities include planning and shipping spare parts, PFEP maintenance, BOM updates, cycle counts, and analytical reporting of KPIs.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in logistics, inventory control, or related field.
Experience with inventory management systems, material planning processes, and cycle count programs.
Familiarity with BOM, engineering change management, and inventory reconciliation.
Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Mansioni

Monitor plant logistics activities, ensure timelines and KPIs are met, and escalate issues to management.
Manage planning, preparation, and shipment of spare parts to achieve service levels.
Coordinate cycle count activities, analyze inventory discrepancies, and support root-cause investigations.
Maintain PFEP data to ensure accurate material planning.
Manage engineering change implementation and BOM updates, aligning inventory and systems.
Lead BOM audit activities with cross-functional teams and track corrective actions.
Analyze and report logistics performance metrics including inventory accuracy, ASNs, stock transfers, and service levels.
Support month-end documentation and resolve invoice-to-delivery note discrepancies.
