Responsibilities

• Handle user appeals and content-related requests professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high content quality.
• Identify trends and flag potentially harmful or suspicious activity for investigation.
• Escalate complex cases following internal procedures.
• Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and tools.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow platform policies when handling sensitive content.
• Stay updated on policy changes and moderation best practices.
