Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Content Reviewer to help create a safer online space while enjoying Lisbon's culture and coastal lifestyle.

You will review user-generated content against policies, collaborate with teams, and help maintain platform integrity. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency preferred. Relocation assistance and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in the Travel field.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content according to policies and guidelines.
• Apply moderation standards consistently to make accurate decisions.
• Manage user appeals and content-related requests professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high content quality and platform standards.
• Identify emerging trends and flag potentially harmful or suspicious activity for further investigation.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases per internal procedures and compliance requirements.
• Share feedback to improve moderation tools and processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow platform policies when handling sensitive content.
• Stay updated with policy changes and moderation best practices through ongoing training.
