Music & Lights Srl is seeking a technically skilled engineer to own a product through its lifecycle, from definition to field feedback. You will test firmware and software, produce reports, and compare with competitors.

Travel to Italy and abroad is part of the role, supporting sales and marketing with technical data and demonstrations. Based at our Minturno HQ, you will collaborate across departments, gain autonomy, and help drive future development with R&D input.

Competenze

Passion for and experience in professional lighting for Concert Touring, Theatre and Broadcast/TV.
Hands-on use of grandMA3 lighting controllers or equivalent.
General knowledge of computer networks and lighting/video protocols (sACN, Art-Net, NDI).
English at B2 level for technical and commercial discussions.
IT skills: Office suite, email and calendar management.
Availability to travel in Italy and abroad (around 20%).

Mansioni

Support definition and review of functional requirements and performance criteria.
Carry out testing and debugging on firmware, software, and interfaces; write technical reports.
Prepare comparison test reports and document strengths and improvements.
Analyze deviations and coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve issues.
Support sales teams with product demos and provide technical data for manuals and guides.
