Job summary
TotalEnergies EP Italia seeks an experienced Lifting Specialist for onshore Tempa Rossa in Basilicata. You will define HSE lifting requirements, review plans, and provide technical oversight across affiliate sites and contractors.
Strong leadership and 10+ years in lifting operations within oil & gas are essential. Fluent English is required; certification in lifting standards and safety will be highly regarded.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field required.
- Industry lifting certifications (LEEA, EAL, OPITO, CPA) highly valued.
- Minimum 10 years of lifting operations experience in oil & gas.
- Strong command of English (spoken/written).
- Proven leadership and ability to manage complex lifting campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Define HSE requirements for lifting activities and promote safety culture.
- Review lifting statistics and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Lead investigations of lifting incidents and drive preventive actions.
- Review and approve lifting plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide technical support during procurement of lifting equipment and services.
- Develop and maintain the Affiliate Lifting Management System and relevant procedures.
