TotalEnergies EP Italia seeks an experienced Lifting Technical Authority to lead lifting activities across affiliate sites in Italy. You will review and approve lifting plans, provide technical guidance to drilling, production, and maintenance teams, and promote a strong HSE culture in lifting operations.

We value a engineering degree, 10+ years in lifting within oil & gas, and certifications such as LEEA/EAL/OPITO. Excellent English and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
• 10+ years of lifting operations experience in oil & gas.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage demanding workloads and schedules.

Mansioni

• Define HSE lifting requirements for activities.
• Promote HSE culture to prevent incidents.
• Review lifting KPI statistics and report quarterly.
• Analyze lifting incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Participate in investigations of lifting accidents.
• Develop and maintain lifting management system documents.
• Provide technical support during procurement of lifting equipment/services.
• Review and approve Critical Lifting Plans and ensure safe execution.
