Diadora cerca un responsabile vendite per guidare la distribuzione lifestyle in Italia, sviluppare relazioni con clienti esistenti e nuovi e definire insieme agli account gli assortimenti.

La figura è basata a Milano, richiede 3–5 anni nel settore, ottime capacità negoziali e fluente Italiano e Inglese. Viaggi circa il 50% e pat. B completano il quadro. La posizione offre uno stipendio tra 35.000 e 40.000 € lordi annui.

Competenze

• 3–5 anni di esperienza nel canale luxury/fashion distribution.
• Rete consolidata e conoscenza della distribuzione Lifestyle italiana.
• Elevata propensione alle vendite e buone capacità negoziali.
• Fluente in italiano e inglese (scrittura e parlata).
• Disponibilità a viaggiare (circa 50%).
• Patente di guida (B).
• Sede Milano showroom.

Mansioni

• Guidare la distribuzione di account lifestyle selezionati in Italia e costruire relazioni con clienti esistenti e nuovi.
• Guidare le sell-in durante la definizione degli assortimenti.
• Gestire trattative e piani con i principali account lifestyle.
• Assistere il Sales Manager nella redazione di piani strategici annuali/pluriennali.
• Gestire le attivazioni di marketing in coordinamento con il team marketing.
• Visite costanti agli account strategici in Italia; analisi KPI tramite report mensili e monitoraggio sell-out.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive distribution of Selected Lifestyle account in Italy Develop and build strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Drive customers sell-in during assortments definition
• Deals and plans with the most important lifestyle accounts
• Support Sales manager to Draft annual/multi-year strategic plans
• Manage marketing activations (windows/events/special projects) coordinating with marketing team
• Constant visits to the most strategic accounts in Italy KPI analysis through monthly reports and sell-out monitoring

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury/fashion industry
• Established network and strong understanding of the Italian Lifestyle distribution
• Highly sales - oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken
• Availability to travel (approximately 50%)
• Drive license (B)
• Milan showroom based

Compensation & Classification

• Salary Range: €35.000 - €40.000
• Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Calzature - Industria

The final offer and classification level may vary based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, such as the candidate's skills, seniority, professional background, and job qualifications.
