Diadora, based in Montebelluna, Italy, seeks an Operations candidate to oversee import and outbound logistics within the E-Commerce channel. You will report to the Logistics Manager and support shipping plans, KPI monitoring, and SAP-driven scheduling.

The role requires a degree in Statistics or Engineering, SAP knowledge, and strong Word/Excel skills, paired with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Monthly allowances apply for Veneto residents and non-residents, plus housing and canteen

Main Responsibilities

Within the Operations dept., the ideal candidate, directly reporting to the Logistic Manager, will be in charge of managing the following activities:

Import area

• Managing import customs clearance for the E-Commerce channel.
• Organization and management of shipping plans from foreign countries to Diadora’ warehouses
• Receive and manage the shipping istructions from suppliers
• Schedule deliveries to the warehouse via SAP in accordance with internal procedures complying with the delivery timelines

Outbound area

Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for outbound transportation to final customers.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Statistics or Engineering or equivalent
• SAP knowledge
• Strong computing skills especially Word and Excel
• Problem solving oriented
• Positive, proactive and flexible attitude
• Strong communication and relationship skills; teamworking oriented

Monthly Allowance:

• €700 for Veneto residents;
• €600 for non-Veneto residents, with free company co-living space (private bedroom with shared common areas).
• Free access to the company canteen
