Job summary

Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential for life sciences and pharmaceutical clients. We seek an experienced planning manager to support complex capital projects from R&D labs to GMP facilities, using robust scheduling across the full project lifecycle.

You will develop integrated schedules, monitor progress and risks, and deliver insightful programme reporting while collaborating with clients, managers, designers and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning or project controls within complex, regulated sectors.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is required.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant degree and professional accreditation or working towards.
• Proficiency in Italian language and valid right to work.

Responsibilities
