BCD Meetings & Events is seeking a Project Manager - Meetings for a dedicated Life Science client in Milan. The role is permanent and hybrid, requiring on-site work 3x per week at the client’s office near Milan Central Station.

You will lead planning for client events, coordinate with clients and vendors, manage budgets, and ensure timelines and compliance across projects in multiple destinations. Fluent Italian and English are required to excel in this role.

Formación

• Sound experience in meeting/program planning
• Experience on a Life Sciences client
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Italian and English language proficient in both oral and written communications
• Travel industry and destination knowledge
• Previous experience with Cvent (preferred)
• Up to 25% travel (domestic and international) may be required

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning and execution of programs, ensuring timelines and client financial controls
• Provide guidance on best practices, compliance, and cost savings for events
• Create and communicate budgets with reconciled final budgets
• Manage supplier negotiations and relationships for high service levels
• Conduct venue research, preliminary budgeting, and manage e-RFP process
• Track attendee registrations and communications with hotels
• Build client websites for information collection and registration while ensuring compliance
