Teoresi Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager for Life Science - MedTech to expand our presence in Medical Devices, Pharma and Digital Health. You will identify target accounts, develop new opportunities, and build long-term relationships across Italy, including travel across Milan, Bologna, and other cities.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B sales/BD within a consulting or engineering environment; you will collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions and grow key

Competenze

• At least 3 years of B2B sales or business development in a tech, engineering or consulting environment.
• Strong commercial drive and ability to create opportunities, not just manage leads.
• Confident working with both business and technical stakeholders.
