The Wood Group is seeking a Home Office Construction Engineer for Life Sciences projects based in Milan, Italy. The role blends site and home-office work, with up to two days per week remote and a hybrid arrangement.

The position requires an engineering degree and 2+ years of experience, fluent English and Italian, and willingness to travel within Italy and internationally. Initial salary is €37,500 per year, with company benefits and potential for career development.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
At least two years of similar experience.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Willingness to be assigned in Italy and abroad.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

Provide construction input to the project during the engineering phase.
Assist with construction strategy, execution planning, and contracting strategy.
Support assessment and selection of construction contractors.
Prepare and review documents for installation sequencing approvals.
Develop site procedures and work practices to meet client requirements.
Coordinate with designers/engineers and Home Office team throughout the project.
