Turner & Townsend in Parma, Italy, is seeking a Planning Lead for Life Science construction projects. This is a full-time role based on site in Parma. You will implement scheduling strategies, develop WBS and CBS with project leads, and prepare staffing and progress reports.

The role requires expert knowledge of project controls and scheduling, with strong coordination and communication abilities to support project decisions and schedule risk analyses.

Competenze

• Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management.
• Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma or related sectors.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred).
• Ability to coordinate multiple inputs into a master schedule.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Implement project planning/scheduling strategy reflecting company and contractor roles.
• Coordinate development of WBS and CBS with project leads and contractor controls.
• Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress and customized reports.
• Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules.
• Conduct schedule analysis including critical path and risk analysis.
• Analyze deviations from baseline and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare Integrated Planning/Scheduling contributions to monthly reports.
• Highlight schedule impact of variances or change orders.
• Prepare resourcing plans for project phases and peak leveling.
