Allianz Italy is seeking an Insurance Planning specialist to join the LH Planning Capital Management team. You will support Strategic Planning, continuous performance monitoring, and forecast activities across LH companies, collaborating with Actuarial, AccountingReporting, Risk and technical teams.

The role requires a Master's degree in Economics/Actuarial/Mathematics, 2–4 years in insurance planning or actuarial, strong Excel/SAP/Power BI skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics, Actuarial, Mathematics or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Insurance, preferably in Planning/Actuarial.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SAP and Power BI; AI tools welcomed.
• Good communication, presentation skills and a strong analytical mind.

Job Purpose / Role

Within the Strategic Planning department in the CFO area, we are looking for an Insurance Planning specialist who will join the LH Planning Capital Management team. Your role will encompass a variety of dynamic and challenging tasks. These include – but are not limited to – supporting the activities related to the Strategic Planning cycle in the LH segment, the ongoing performance monitoring, and the regular forecast activities as well as to ad hoc special projects. To this end, you will collaborate closely with a diverse range of experts. This includes for example interacting with Actuarial, AccountingReporting, Risk colleagues, as well as with the LH technical area team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contributing to the design and coordination of the Strategic Planning for LH companies within Allianz S.p.A. Group, Support the monitoring activities and running quantitative analysis to support the CFO and the Business Functions’ strategic decisions
• Support the regular forecast activities in coordination with all involved Local and Group departments
• Contributing to the implementation of strategic business initiatives and ad hoc, cross functional projects

Key Requirements / Skills / Experience

• Master's degree in Economics, Actuarial, Mathematics or equivalent
• Previous experience of 2 to 4 years in the Insurance companies, preferably within Planning Controlling and/or Actuarial Department
• Excel, Access, Power Point, SAP, and Power BI knowledge. ChatGPT or AI equivalent tool
• Programming skills will be considered as a plus
• Strong analytical and quantitative mind-set, entrepreneurial attitude and learning agility, along with strong result-orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong team-working orientation, delivering on tight deadlines alongside with dealing with separate work-streams at the same time mind-set
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Italian and English

Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between 36.000 gross and 43.000 gross. Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement. The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role.
