Carlsberg Italia is seeking a Legal Specialist to join the Legal & Compliance Dept. You will independently manage drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and support litigation and compliance efforts across the organization.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Law and 3-4 years of in-house experience, with fluent English and Italian. A Bar exam and FMCG/Food Law exposure are considered a plus. Full-time position with a gross salary of 45–55k EUR and a 10% STI.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (Agency, Distribution, Supply, Service; NDAs; LOIs; Sponsorship and Marketing).
• Support litigation and pre-litigation activities, drafting notice letters.
• Assist Head of Legal with compliance programs (data protection, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, competition law).
• Provide daily legal support to internal stakeholders including legal advice and policy development.
