Job summary

Ayvens, seeking a qualified Legal Counsel for its Rome office, will protect the company’s legal interests and provide specialist counsel on supplier contracts, data protection, insurance law, and intellectual property.

The role also covers corporate governance and coordination of external litigation, requiring a Law degree, Bar eligibility, and strong English skills to support international activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law (Laurea in Giurisprudenza).
• Bar Qualification (Abilitazione allo svolgimento della professione forense).
• Excellent command of the English language (C1 level minimum).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Second-level Master's degree in legal disciplines and prior experience in international law firms or structured corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate supplier contracts, general conditions, tender procedures, NDAs, and financing agreements.
• Lead negotiations with international clients and structure partnership, agency, and real estate contracts.
• Provide specialized legal advice on Data Protection, Insurance Law, and Intellectual Property.
• Manage corporate governance activities, including drafting board and shareholder meeting minutes.
• Coordinate dispute resolutions and litigation with external legal counsel.
