Lexroom.ai is seeking a Legal Engineer to own the construction, maintenance, and strategic development of our Proprietary Database—the core asset that underpins the reliability our users trust.

You will operate at the intersection of law, product, and AI, shaping features, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with AI engineers to improve reasoning. You’ll work with lawyers, partners, and annotators to drive real impact.

Competenze

• Italian law degree and admission to the bar.
• 2–3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, civil law preferred.
• Desire to pursue an alternative and challenging career path in AI-enabled legal tech.

Mansioni

• Shape new features and validate outputs for accuracy.
• Establish processes to keep the database updated as laws evolve.
• Be the voice of the user by translating feedback into product input.
• Collaborate with data annotators and AI engineers to build validation and training datasets.
• Propose mechanisms to improve the AI system capability for analyzing legal requests.
• Analyze strategic partnerships to enhance data and features.
• Work with partners and law firms to define data acquisition priorities.
• Take ownership of legal domains as internal subject‑matter references and set quality standards.
