Job summary

Kerr Dental is seeking a change facilitator to lead on-site lean transformations, develop and mentor site lean champions, and influence leadership toward a continuous improvement culture.

You will facilitate lean, growth, and leadership programs, run Kaizen events, coach teams using EBS tools, monitor KPIs, support Strategy Deployment, and drive cross-functional results, with PSP Train-the-Trainer and MBB certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline.
• Experience in lean transformation and coaching across manufacturing sites.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess current quality performance to identify opportunities for performance and process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams and drive results.
• Drive improvements by leveraging EBS tools, consulting skills, and change management processes.
• Support Strategy Deployment/Daily Management objectives across the site.
• Track, measure, and report progress on improvements using KPIs.
• Provide formal and informal EBS training and coaching; evolve tools to drive results.
• Achieve PSP Train-the-Trainer certification and MBB certification in at least one other EBS tool.
