Vertiv seeks a Lean Deployment leader for EMEA to own deployment of lean methodologies across hubs and Spokes, driving standard work, daily management systems and value stream optimization. You will coach leaders, embed lean thinking, and ensure sustained capability through structured training and certification.

Competenze

• Certified Black Belt or equivalent Lean practitioner credentials.
• 7+ years of Lean/CI experience in multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to deploy lean methodologies across sites, not just training.

Mansioni

• Plan, design, and lead kaizen events across EMEA Spoke locations.
• Coach cross-functional teams in structured kaizen methodology.
• Facilitate Gemba walks with senior leadership and establish leader standard work.
• Create an annual kaizen calendar aligned to priorities and performance cycles.
• Publish kaizen outcomes to drive knowledge sharing.
