Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Management Engineering.
Lean Manufacturing experience; Green/Black Belt desirable.
Experience leading cross-functional digitalization projects.
Knowledge of MES and SAP ERP; BOM management.
Strong facilitation and change-management skills; fluent Italian and English.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership to AI Project Manager and AI Architect; align roadmaps with factory needs.
Deploy Lean manufacturing strategies to reduce cycle times and waste.
Oversee MES data integrity and real-time analytics for performance.
Own BOM creation and maintenance; ensure production process integration.
Organize Kaizen workshops and coach teams in structured problem solving.
