GE-Vernova- sta cercando un Lead Automation & Robotics Engineer per lo Stabilimento di Bushing a Sesto San Giovanni. Ruolo strategico con responsabilità end-to-end su progetti di automazione, guidando un team multidisciplinare.

Lavorerete a stretto contatto con produzione e manutenzione per ottimizzare processi, tempi e qualità, applicando Lean Manufacturing e una forte cultura di accountability sullo shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• 6–7 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing engineering, including leading automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Take full ownership of automation and robotics projects from concept to validation.
• Drive development of new automated equipment and improve processes and production lines.
• Maintain strong shop floor presence and collaborate with production teams.
