Berluti, the LVMH Group's Maison, is seeking a Time & Methods and Continuous Improvement Engineer to optimize production and logistics processes. You will work under the T&M and CI Manager to set standards, perform time studies, and manage continuous improvement projects in a dynamic environment.

The role requires 2+ years in similar CI roles, strong Lean knowledge, SAP experience, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, with English language capability.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Computer Science) or related technical-scientific discipline.
• At least 2 years in Time & Motion, Industrialization, or Continuous Improvement in manufacturing contexts.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
• Basic competence in time and motion analysis.
• Good knowledge of SAP (production cycles, master data, BOM).
• Excellent Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI or Power Apps is preferred.
• Results-driven, precise, detail-oriented, proactive team player.
• Good command of English.

Mansioni

• Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies.
• Develop and support digital tools for data analysis and KPI monitoring (Power BI, Power Apps).
• Perform time studies and define standard production times.
• Prepare standard work and operational instructions for production departments.
• Define and enter standard production cycles in SAP.
• Assist with master data, bills of materials, and cycles in SAP.
• Collaborate on layout and production flow optimization.
