Job summary

Berluti seeks a T&M and Continuous Improvement Engineer in Ferrara to optimize production and logistics processes. Reporting to the T&M and Continuous Improvement Manager, you will help define standards, perform time studies, and manage CI projects in a dynamic environment.

Requires engineering degree and at least 2 years in related roles, with Lean knowledge and SAP experience. Hybrid work in Ferrara, with direct company placement and a starting gross annual salary.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Computer Science) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in Time & Motion, Industrialization or Continuous Improvement.
• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and CI tools.
• Basic time and motion analysis skills.
• Good SAP knowledge (production cycles, master data, BOM).
• Advanced Office skills; Excel and PowerPoint required; Power BI/Power Apps preferred.
• Results-oriented, precise with attention to detail; team player; good English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean methods.
• Develop digital tools for data analysis and KPI monitoring (Power BI/Power Apps).
• Execute time studies and define standard production times.
• Prepare standard work and instructions for production departments.
• Define and enter standard production cycles in SAP.
• Support master data, BOM, and cycles in SAP.
• Collaborate on layout and production flow optimization.
