Job summary
Alstom in Italy seeks a Train Control Engineer to perform control engineering activities from architecture to detailed specification, interfacing with the System Engineer and Train Control project teams. You will deliver Functional Specifications, Electrical Schematics, and Software Specifications in line with engineering quality targets.

Qualifications
- Engineering degree or Master of engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience in electrical, electro-mechanical or automation engineering.
- Experience with train control or related domains.
Responsibilities
- Perform control engineering for architecture to detailed specification, interface and Functional Principle Schemes.
- Implement development practices as defined in TrainControl plans.
- Formulate Low voltage and SW control design solutions meeting customer needs.
- Deliver all Train Control outputs including Functional Specifications and Electrical Schematics.
- Prepare Interface Control Documents for subsystems.
- Handle Change Requests related to its function.
- Support standardization and reuse of previous function references.
- Assist Supplier interface tests and Train Control verification tests.
- Provide support during train integration and validation.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing on its domain.
