Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation of our Resort & Club in Naples. You will oversee Bluewater restaurant, Indulge, IRD and banquets, and supervise food production staff to maintain quality and cost standards.

Responsibilities include inventory, pricing, cost controls, staff training, and ensuring staffing levels, sanitation, safety, and presentation meet the highest standards. The role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen and culinary operation.
• Supervises food production personnel and ensures quality and cost standards.
• Assists with monthly inventories, pricing, cost controls, and requisitioning.
• Maintains staffing for maximum productivity and high quality.
• Prepares or directly supervises daily preparation of soups, sauces and specials.
• Works hands-on in any station as assigned.
