Experteer Italy seeks a Senior Signalling System Engineer to lead end-to-end ERTMS delivery and certify subsystem design for safe, compliant rail signaling. You will plan milestones and budgets while guiding verification, validation, and deployment across Level 2/3, GSM-R, ATP, and CBTC.

You will coordinate with authorities and contractors, drive RAMS analyses, and ensure system interfaces are properly allocated and documented.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in technical disciplines.
• Experience in signaling system design and integration is required.
• Strong understanding of standards and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end ERTMS delivery including final technical sign-off for specifications, design, and integration.
• Define and manage signaling project milestones, budgets, and resources (QCD).
• Oversee V&V activities and commissioning for ERTMS Level 2/3, GSM-R, ATP, CBTC.
• Coordinate with contractors, authorities, and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and adapt technical solutions with RAMS and requirement analysis.
• Manage System and Signalling System Requirements and their allocation across subsystems.
• Define and manage all subsystems interfaces and coordinate technical resolutions.
• Define Signalling system design documentation, architecture, and verification activities.
• Perform Gap Analysis versus standard solutions and manage software deliveries on site and in lab.
• Execute on-site Signalling System tests and participate in Factory Acceptance testing.
• Serve as project team contact point for signalling and support final approvals with authorities.
