Job summary

Neev seeks an experienced Oracle EBS WMS Lead Consultant to support European warehouse transformation and rollout initiatives across multiple locations. The role requires hands-on Oracle EBS R12 WMS experience, MSCA, Inventory, Shipping, and 3PL/EDI integrations.

You will lead design and implementation, run fit-gap workshops, and support SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare, while travelling across Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle WMS implementations.
• Strong hands-on Oracle EBS R12 WMS, Inventory, Shipping and Receiving.
• Ability to run fit-gap analyses and workshops with stakeholders.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS WMS Lead Consultant to support ongoing European warehouse transformation and rollout initiatives. The role will involve template adoption, warehouse process standardization, integration design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization across multiple European locations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 WMS, MSCA, Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, warehouse operations, and logistics integrations, along with proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle WMS implementations.

• Good understanding of:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead WMS solution design and implementation activities.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and business process workshops.
• Configure Oracle WMS, Inventory, Shipping, and MSCA modules.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with business, IT, architecture, and integration teams.
• Recommend best practices aligned with enterprise logistics and warehouse standards.
• Lead issue resolution and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Drive assigned deliverables independently with minimal oversight.
