Chiesi Group in Parma, Italy is seeking a seasoned Product Quality Lifecycle Management Lead to own governance processes for Air/Care and Rare portfolio products. You will partner with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing and quality teams to implement and continuously improve lifecycle governance across the organisation.

The role requires 10+ years in pharmaceutical quality systems and data governance, strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to drive

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Data Science, Quality Management.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in quality systems, data governance, and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry in global roles.
• Broad understanding of lifecycle management principles, GxP requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Proven track record in collaborative working and team building.
• Strong skills in managing lifecycle management risks and implementing effective governance frameworks.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change in a matrixed environment.

Mansioni

• Runs the Air/Care lifecycle governance
• Runs the Rare lifecycle governance
• Connects with all SMEs and departments for lifecycle management
• Identifies opportunities for continuous governance improvements
• Ensures governance process is documented at Chiesi
• Escalates lifecycle management across departments and reports to the VP
• Follows up on actions across the wider team for lifecycle management
• Ensures regulatory compliance with global requirements (FDA, EMA, MHRA, WHO, PIC/S)
