Job summary

EFI is seeking a Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineer to join our engineering team in Bergamo, Italy (Comun Nuovo). You will be part of the manufacturing technical office, driving design improvements and coordinating cross-functional product development across multiple projects.

You will work with design, testing, and manufacturing teams to ensure performance, reliability, and manufacturability of components, while contributing to cost analysis, DFMA considerations, and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical/Mechatronics required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and technical offices.

Responsibilities

• Drive design improvements across the product portfolio.
• Lead mechanical engineering activities across projects, including cost analysis and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure performance and manufacturability.
• Coordinate prototype development and testing activities.
