Nestlé Purina Italy is seeking a Project HSE Manager to lead safety, health and environmental efforts on a new greenfield site in Mantova. You will develop and implement the Project HSE Management Plan, coordinate with management and contractors, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout construction.

You will lead risk assessments, training, and emergency planning, while promoting a proactive safety culture with local authorities and Nestlé teams. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• Previous experience managing HSE on complex construction sites.
• HSE management experience in multi-contractor environments.
• Experience translating policies into operational plans.
• Development and implementation of Project/Site HSE Management Plans.
• Specific training in Health & Safety or relevant certifications.
• Fluency in Italian and English required.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with local HSE legislation and Nestlé standards by integrating HSE into project planning, reviews, design-for-construction and contractor management.
• Develop the site HSE Management Plan and communicate it to project management and contractors.
• Monitor site standards, recognise good performance and address poor performance.
• Communicate with local authorities, communities and Nestlé management.
• Co-ordinate resources to deliver SHE supports (exposure monitoring, health promotion, health surveillance, training).
• Audit and review compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage stakeholders on HSE topics to build positive relationships.
