Cantel Medical (Italy) S.r.l. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop embedded firmware, C, C++, and C# software for medical devices and related enterprise systems.

You will join a dedicated development team responsible for new and sustaining engineering, with focus on robust design and high-quality code. The role requires extensive experience in embedded software, OO design, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, Regulatory, and Marketing to deliver compliant, reliable software

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years in C++ development.
• 2+ years in OO design.
• 2+ years experience with low level embedded interfaces (CAN, I2C, SPI, UART).
• Experience with multithreaded environments on RTOS/embedded Linux.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, TLS and web services is desirable.

Mansioni

• Designs, implements, and debugs applications for medical device software.
• Leads technical development for mid-size projects in C/C++.
• Collaborates on complex issues and larger-scale designs.
• Participates in design reviews and code reviews to identify issues.
